You’ll see this error if:
Custom icons are not in the SVG format - In this case, please upload a new icon, making sure it’s in the SVG format.
Data files are not in the correct format - Only CSV, JSON, or XLSX files are supported for data uploads. Check the file format and upload a compatible file.
You’ll see this error if:
A value is missing in a required column - Ensure all required fields (latitude and longitude) contain values. Add any missing values and re-upload the file.
Values aren’t properly formatted or contain unsupported characters - Latitude and longitude values must be a number and can also include decimals. Other values must be alphanumeric and cannot contain the following characters: ' " ; < >. Adjust the file accordingly and upload it again.
You’ll see this error if:
A required column is missing - Check if your file has a column for latitude and longitude. Edit the file if needed, and upload it again.
The required column labels are incorrect - The accepted column labels are lat and lng or Latitude and Longitude, respectively. Check and edit the column labels, and upload the file again.
